I have really a big problem with this site which is accessed via proxy. The pages aren't downloaded correctly -- they are cached and I always get old pages instead of updated. I can assume that this is problem of my access but other sites work well...

The number of replies and the last reply member and date are "cached" in the root post. This is done to speed up querying the forum tables. If someone deletes a post (which was done on this thread), they will fall out of sync.

| traces of +4 legacy
I've just installed Debian 5 Linux (5 dvds). It is a bit surprizing that I've found two pieces of +4 software legacy there.
1) Abe's Amazing Adventure (http://abe.sourceforge.net/) - it remembers me Tom C16 Its description is ''Side-scrolling game named "Abe's Amazing Adventure" A scrolling, platform-jumping, key-collecting, ancient pyramid exploring game, vaguely in the style of similar games for the Commodore+4. The game is intended to show young people all the cool games they missed.''
2) The GNU Bombing utility - I can't remember +4 game like it but the description shows ''This game is the same as the old bombardier game on Commodore Plus 4. This version supports hall of fame and more cities. AUTHORS: RISKO Gergely THANKS To the original bombardier programmers. I don’t know their names, but I wanna. So guys! If you know, who did the bombardier for Commodore Plus 4, please write me. Jochen Voss To the author of moon-buggy, because it is an other good console game. RISKO Peter He gave me the original idea of console games, and he found the moon-buggy in debian potato. For lot of testing and bug reports about version 0.1 and later. Linus Torvalds For my OS. All Debian folks For the best distribution. VERSION Version 0.8 released at 2001. 07. 21. 20:00 +0200''
Are there any other traces of the direct legacy of +4 software?
