 I don't think so.....

Most of the .wav tapes here are what I made. They are all mono recordings. The main reason I made them was for emulation use and I never even thought about recording them back to tape beacuse I have the originals.

It took ages (hours and hours) to get the recording level right before the emu's would read them 100% correct. My guess the reverse would be just as hard?

And again they will have to be recorded back in mono.

There is another way by conecting your 1531 to your PC and using the .tap (TAP) versions. Not even this I have tried because again it was intended to get the tapes running on emulation. All the TAP's I recorded with my 1531 conected to my PC with a tool called MTAP.
PTAP should record back to 1531.

Minstrel's Commodore page and author of MTAP/PTAP has info about the adaptor (x1531 tape connector) which may help.

 C16 downloadable Tapes(.wav) problems!!

What about the downloadable C16 Tapes(.WAV)??

I tried many times to get this xyz.wav via soundcard and tapedeck to tape. But unfortunately it never worked!! Meaning the sound is on tape (great) but the Datasette1531 didn't catch any signal????, the 1531 is running well with other casettes but not with this .wav

is there anybody who finished this "soundtransfer"
successfully !!!
