 Re: attn lando

Hi there. It's good to hear from you yet sad to hear of your troubles. I hope you
get over that and get back into top form as soon as possible.
I wonder how we can motivate you? How about a new tune? I checked out that
stuff you posted here and it sounds very cool, you have a talent for it beyond
anything I can do and that makes me envious happy
However, if you bore of tune making, how about something completely different?
What interests you? Maybe it's something I can help with, who knows!
For the record, I rebuilt tomcat c16 into a +4 version. I know that's dull and maybe
the +4 gets you down, but he still cares for you, honest happy
BTW, i do remember that badge well, and just knew you would give it more attention
that I did, wear it with pride.... at least indoors happy
Cya dude! Get back to me!

PS. I got some user port plugs just the other day, if you are keen on expading
your +4 down that router (retro I know) then just say, for example, it would be
very simple to add an external processor running FORTH on a chip...

Darron!

It was only the other day I was holding your Mercenary badge thinking back!!!

You'll have to forgive me as I gave up a long time ago due to illness, the guys here didn't even know (until now) but they knew I had slipped away. Anxiety Disorder are the words you're looking for. Had a spell in hospital and 2 days later I came down with it big time. It also took months before the docs knew what it was... Still with me now and the tablets are cr@p lol. Good days, bad days and it's also hard to get motivated. Giving up the smokes didn't help.

Never mind. I'm still alive and holding your Mercenary Badge! happy

It's very good of you to be thinking of us when sorting out your gear! Please by all means share your goodies with Luca, Csabo or Gaia as they will thrilled to have a scan at your treasures. And as Luca has already said he would love to preserve your history for all to see. Such things like this are very rare events and exciting times! The guys will be most pleased! happy

Thanks once again Darron, most kind of you! Good to hear from you as well.

Take care my man!! happy

 Re: attn lando

hello!

i can see that lando has other things on his mind, btw, i liked his cover tunes, i think he sounds very professional. I will gladly say hello when his attention comes back his +4 whenever that may be...

You are very welcome to that archive material, there is some more which is difficult for me to work out at times what is did or does, but as i do i will add to it when i can.

As mentioned in the other thread regarding the archive, i have revise the tomcat source to something which is readable and may be cross assembled, this could also be useful for understanding how things were done on that limited spec hardware back in the day...

Thanks for your replied, i will be back!

 Re: attn lando

Nice to see you back, Darron (here, again happy ) For those who may not know: Darron Broad wrote Tomcat and Taskforce and resurfaced here at Emucamp (back then called "Lando's C16/+4 Classix") many many moons ago (around 2000 I guess?).

Lando is not showing up that often lately, so it may take a while until he replies but feel free to contact Csabo, Luca or myself anytime.
