 Re: sorted list

This problem is now fixed. I try my best to test all the pages, but things like this slip by every once in a while. If anyone notices such problems please notify me (here on the forum, or by email or PM).

 Re: sorted list

The default sort is Distribution Type first, then name. The reason for this is not to mix the "As compilation" games with the "real" releases. Otherwise if you look at Tynesoft or Mastertronic, it would look like a bunch of covers are missing.

The sorting links are broken, this one is a bug. It's because of the URL rewrite. I'll only be able to fix it when I'm back from vacation (after June 29). Until then, it's fixable: just change the URL like this:

http://plus4world.com/groups/Tynesoft_Computer_Software?gid=7022&rs=1 (wrong)

http://plus4world.com/gd.php?gid=7022&rs=1 (correct)

So just basically replace the friendly name part of the URL with "gd.php?".

 Re: sorted list

So if it should be a bug, there is this also with IE7/XP and IE6/XP...I have tested it.

 Re: sorted list

The titles are alphabetical by the type of release. Commercial games are listed before public domain games, before compilation-only.

One SHOULD be able to click the yellow "Title" in the header to resort based on the name, but for some reason Emucamp's server won't let me do this. I get:

ERROR - The requested URL could not be retrieved
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
While trying to retrieve the URL: http://plus4world.com/groups/Tynesoft_Computer_Software?
The following error was encountered:
Cache poisioning is not permitted.
A configuration error in your browser is sending query strings on file requests. Please correct the error and resubmit the request.

This is something that Csabo will have to look at, as it could be the way his code is written that makes the webserver think that I'm doing something wrong. Or it could be an IE7/Vista bug.

 sorted list

If I want to look anything here, I see not all is sorted.

Example: look for Tynesoft.

http://plus4world.com/groups/Tynesoft_Computer_Software

The first records are sorted alphabetical, but the last? It's better to sort all right on screen. Is that any bug here?
