Ok that answers the question. T2xxxxx require 32k of memory, hence the Plus/4 designation.
We were originally speaking of T113006, which comes with cassettes as well as a disk. This title is for the C16 and Plus/4 as well as the C64.
Don't worry about it, Commodore did the same with Money Decisions. There's a Loans title and an Investments title, both on cassette, and a combined Loans and Investments disk. The two tape titles each have a T1xxxx stock number, while the disk version has a T2xxxxx stock number.
It artificially inflated the number of titles available for the TED series -- made it look like Commodore authored more software than they did, thereby selling more titles to the dealers, causing the retail customers to feel that there was a larger abundance of software for the machines.

I have now uploaded the converted disks to d64 and placed them on my site. If you want a copy, just goto the software section and it will be under applications

| Re: READING PROFESSOR ?
Have just found a third copy of this software at home, so didnt have to go through my boxes at work. Luckily this one is open and not in its plastic film.
The T number is T263010, which is the case on all three copies. It comes with two disks, that are double sided:
1, Reading professor, Libary A - High School 2, Reading Professor, Program Disk 3, Reading Professor, Libary B - College and Adult 4, Reading Professor, Libary C - Proffessional
From the cover it clearly states on this version that it is for the Commodore Plus/4 only.
Seeing as I'm off work this afternoon, I'll convert the disks to D64 and post a link back this afternoon
This is a really bad scan, will do a better one later on:

Page 149 of "The Commodore Plus/4 Book" clearly shows a photo of this title, as Vampyre states. This is clearly marked "Commodore 64, Plus/4, and Commodore 16" with icons for both cassette and diskette.
T1xxxxx numbers work on both the C16 and Plus/4. T2xxxxx and T3xxxxx are for the Plus/4 (and the 232, 364, etc). TCxxx are for the C64 and Plus/4. This title is different in that it's meant for the C16 as well.
These numbers are Commodore US stock number format. Chris's packages may be Commodore UK packages with different stock numbers. Chris, please check your packages or post a scan of the box.

Additionally, it looks from the box that this was only for the Plus 4 and not the C16. I would have made a D64 from the disks, but never had the heart to tear open the sealed packaging.

The reading proffessor is still missing on this site, but the title is mentioned in the "The commodore Plus/4 book" by Sarah C. Meyer Page. 15 and p. 149 including a photo of the cover. The reading professor is for the Plus/4 ony (number T113006 - if it has been a multidisk c64 & Plus/4 the number has been started with TC).
