You can send it to me. I have it already from C16 Chris (along with another few hundred scans waiting to be processed), but he always cuts off the bottom and the top. I have one from him where the top is cut off, asked him for another, so he sent one where the bottom is cut off. I could PhotoShop it together, but a full size scan would be easier to upload.
