A Program to transfer 64 sprite data so we can use it for Plus/4 C16 custom characters

Is there a program to tranfser sprite data from C64 games to custom character so we can use their animation to put in our creations.

I am not an artist and some of the C64 and there is a lot of great animations. I cannot find the program if it does exist.
