Re: Looking for Plus4-based C or Forth compiler...

Oh. Are there any other languages available for the Plus4 that would be worth supporting?

Generally on the program's page. If it's not there, we likely don't have it. TBH most homebrew programs don't have any documentation.

BTW, I downloaded the Mega Assembler 5.4, but the only docs for it I found is on zimmers.net and was just a few notes, i.e. implemented enhancements. Where can I get the docs?

Re: Looking for Plus4-based C or Forth compiler...

Well...I actually looked at a few of them but didn't find a manual for any of them. I can probably use my browser to translate it, but I might not be able to translate the program's output. sad I'd prefer an Endglish manual and program, though.

I'm assuming you did not actually search or look through the results. I haven't checked all of them, but at least CForth appears to have the manual online (in Hungarian though).

Thank you Csabo. I have actually seen them but not their manuals. I need their manuals, so I can program on and for them, and versions of an upcoming project can support them.

Yes, Game-Forth is available here on Plus/4 World. If you search, you'll find other Forth variants as well.

Looking for Plus4-based C or Forth compiler...

Hi! I want to apologize for this, as similar recently almost got me kicked off the Lemon64 forum, but I couldn't find the information myself. I'm creating a special project for several C compilers and want to support the Plus4 as well. I don't currently want to discuss it: it's to be a surprise. happy I want one or more versions of it for the Plus4. There is apparently only one Plus4 C compiler available: cc16, but its docs mention a lot of things it didn't support. sad I looked for Forth for the Plus4--I think it's because I spotted one just before--but couldn't find any docs. I recently downloaded information on Fig Forth, though. There are some here. happy Where can I get the docs for them?
