I have C16 and 16k cartridge support written. Should I upload it as is, or should I add 32k cartridge and RAM behind the cartridge support first?

New cc65 config for Plus4 target

Hi! I have a Plus4 configuration for cc65 that allows the use of some Low memory for code and data via my Cubbyhole optimization technique at https://sourceforge.net/projects/cc65extra/files/memory%20cfgs/ and plan to add support for 16k and 32k cartridges later. Try it out, and tell me what you think!
