There is no such thing. The best you can do is digging the forums, debug demos, do your own experiments and ask questions here.

Most things you try on Plus4Emu will work on the real machine too.

TED article ?

Hello,

Does a kind of TED article, a technical/programming description of TED's behavior (like C64's VICII article) exist ?

TED and VICII seem quite similar, according to the demo effects explained in the 'Effects' section of the site,
but TED has 2 bad lines every char lines ? right ?
