 Re: Early demonstration programs

As a Basic program.
You are right, they are not real demos with music and animation. I don't really know what I should call them - short basic programs?

The program I've made draws an identical screen (c16's color palette) with the one in the brochure.

Re...reproduced? In a picture? As a program? Moreover, how can you say they're real demos? Maybe, they simply coded some quick basic lines to have something to display, no? wink

Okay, I've reproduced the first demo. How can I upload it to the Plus/4 World?

 Early demonstration programs

Hello!

When I bought my C16 in the mid 80's, I got a brochure representing C16's features (I still have it). The brochure has 4 very interesting screenshots displaying C16's color palette, cosine function, "C= telephone", and a dreaming Snoopy. There are several short Basic programs in the C16's user manual but none of them produces those screens, as far as I remember.

It would be fun to find the programs (which were used for creating the screens in the brochure) or remake them.
