Re: Sidekick264 > .tga projection on TFT RGB screen on .prg

Unfortunately not. For instance: I renamed crazy golf.prg + crazy golf.tga in crazygolf.prg + crazygolf.tga. It does not load at all, screen keeps blank, on the SK screen there is only the logo of SK.

I don't have my C16 set up at the moment, but I'll test once I have it again.

Maybe it's a stupid bug in my code: does it work with filenames without spaces? happy

Re: Sidekick264 > .tga projection on TFT RGB screen on .prg

I think it is nice to have a gamepicture on the little TFT screen of the Sidekick. A bit sad it does not work with .prg's. Though it does with CRT.

In Github I read: "You can also create custom logos to be used with Easyflash .CRTs and .PRGs (.raw format for the OLED, 24-Bit uncompressed .tga for the RGB-TFT), or modify the appearance on the TFT completely (see SD:SPLASH). There is also a command line tool to create custom animations visible in the C64/C128(VIC) menu".

Sidekick264 > .tga projection on TFT RGB screen on .prg

@Frenetic I have problems with projecting .tga files on starting up a .prg

the .tga has the same filename as the .prg

it has a 240x240 dimension.

the .prg files are in /prg264 map

example crazy golf, both files in the same map:

/PRG264/01 Games/Games Sport/crazy golf/crazy golf.prg
/PRG264/01 Games/Games Sport/crazy golf/crazy golf.tga

But after starting up the game from the Sidekick264 browser (f7) it does not appear on the screen, like it does with the Alpharay neocrt program.
