I've put three 15 x 15 x 8 mm (LENGTH x WIDTH x HEIGHT) RAM heatsinks side-by-side on the Plus4's CPU. Width is perfect but they don't quite cover the whole length of the CPU - there is about 3 mm of uncovered area on both ends of the CPU.
