I think it's something around the RAM chips (bit 2 stuck on changes $20 to $24).

Hi,
I have a Plus 4 that has two dollar signs appear on screen on upon startup, I also cannot access any of the onboard applications. Any ideas as to what's going on and how I could fix it?
