Re: Recommendation for oscilloscope and logic analyser

If it fits your budget, I can recommend the Saleae Logic Pro 16. This is an exceptional tool that will satifsy all your digital capture needs while also providing limited analog capabilities (I think bandwidth is 10 MHz).

The DreamSource DSLogic series is also very good, in particular if you need 32 channels. These are much cheaper but they can still do 1 GHz, with no analog though.

Talking abuot scopes, as you probably already know, the Rigol products are excellent value for money. Some models also work as MSO but you need an external probe attachment for that. With these, you can transfer data to the computer through a network connection using the SCPI protocol.

Recommendation for oscilloscope and logic analyser

Looking for recommendations for oscilloscope, mixed signal oscilloscope and logic analysers.

Need the capability to record both analog and digital (doesn't need to be with the same device) Interested in both PC based and handheld based models, with USB transfer, the higher the bandwidth the better.
