You must change the configuration under the /Machine/Configuration menu, anyway: yes, it works on 16kB systems too

So, does it work on a commodore 16 with only 16K? I installed yape on linux but it emulates a plus/4.

Tested and working! Thank you for reporting, the file has been added among the downloads of TAV16 and a note has been added about.

Please don't use VICE, it's really not good. Use YAPE or Plus4Emu instead.

I saw this on CSDb but apparently I've failed to make it work. Trying again right now, though.

| TAV X3 v1.1
This is just an experiment to create an executable that will work on different Commodore models. I used my speech synthesizer (TAV v1.1) because I already had versions made for Commodore 64, Commodore 128, and Commodore 16, and they had a lot of common code. For it to work it must be loaded with ,8 (without adding ,1). On the Commodore 64 it can be loaded either way. It can be downloaded from csdb: https://csdb.dk/release/index.php?id=229228 The program includes versions for C64, C128 and C16 without RAM expansion, and adapts to the machine from which it is loaded.
