Porting it is maybe possible based on the facts that the Electron's capabilities are somewhat close to the Plus/4's at a cursory glance and the game's Wikipedia page links the source code. However, the graphical assets probably need extensive rework.

Imagine Citadel for the Plus4, would it be possible?

Firstly, Happy new year everyone in the Plus4 community.

I have a quick question to anyone technical enough with the Commodore Plus/4 and if you remember the game by Superior Software called Citadel. Would a port of this game be in the realms of the Plus4's abilities and how hard would it be as a project to do?

I have also hoped that someone would port this game to another platform as it has only ever been made on the BBC and Electron. If you have ever played Citadel back in the day then you will know how good this game is?
