Re: Tapecart SD - could it be adapted for the C16 / Plus4?

Yes, of course it can be adapted. All it needs is a cable adaptor and rework of the loader and menu system to be compatible with the TED machines. Adaptors can be bought or even you can make yourself. The sources are open, so you may even adapt the software and firmware yourself. Or you could try convincing the creators to do it for you.

Tapecart SD - could it be adapted for the C16 / Plus4?

This is an interesting project:
https://github.com/KimJorgensen/tapecart

I have purchased one for my C64, claims to be faster than SD2IEC and Pi1541 and of course Tapuino.

It connects via and emulates a datacorder but can load PRG and TCRT files at high speed.

I wonder if it the software could be adapted for our 264 machines in a similar way that the Tapuinos can be?

Would be great!
