MMSZ - could be a bit tricky. I’ve already completed 2 rounds of optimisation. I feel more coming in. LUCA - lol
I was thinking about releasing it as a cassette with the Wizard and Serf graphics being loaded in once selected.
There’s also some possible optimisation with the map handling routines.
We shall see. :-/

I wonder if it could be released as a cartridge game. The game would have 16k or even over 31 for code and static data, and all memory would be available to work with. Although I understand the joy of the challenge cramming everything into 16k altogether.

Seems you will have hard time implementing all these into 81 bytes AFAIK as I know it is a 48K game on ZX Spectrum.

| Atic Atac update
An Atic Atac update. Memory is getting tight, 81 bytes left. Added player shooting. Pick up of items including weapons and keys. Killing bosses e.g. Dracula is now possible. Meanies now materialise.
One little issue when falling down the trap door which can be seen in the video.
Still to add Sound Game completion screen Player materialising Player shots killing meanies Meanies reducing player health. Death sequence
