I mean it's faster than without JiffyDOS but still not a disk duplicator speed.

Back to your question: yes, JiffyDOS speeds up every floppy operation but copying full disks via JiffyDOS is still a slow thing.

Thanks the answer, I know I have JiffyDOS IC inside the drive.

JiffyDOS must be present in every drive to speed up SD2IEC firmware supports it by default but you have to have a JiffyDOS ROM in your drive too.

I have a question. As I know in the CBM-Command there is a function: image to disk (if I write well). So I would like to write d64 images to disk, it works but very slowly. Is the JiffyDOS also makes faster this function?

Oops, sorry. I just had the chance to try out d64it at Árok with real SD2IEC. There was a bug in it which I've fixed there but forgot to publish. Will do that sometime in the near future.
By the way CBM-Command is really a nice tool.
Update: I've updated D64IT and uploaded it to my page. (d64it_20140818.zip is the new one)

| SD2IEC - File copy sd2iec to real 1551
Moin guys
brought my plus/4 back to life - again - and connected my 1551 (#8) and SD2IEC (#9). Everything works fine and running well. Want to compile some basic game stuff with austrospeed and therefore copying some files from my sd-card back to 1551, but it doesn't work.
Perhabs i'm trying too complicate, but even d64it doesn't work. It's easy to load and save basic stuff. But machine code programms doesn't work in that way and it should be possible to find a way, not?
I can't find a copy-tool which is able to copy from unit 9 (sd2iec) to unit 8 (1551) directly.
Do you have a tip for me?
