There can be numerous game hacks lying around our desks which can't make it to the game database, either they're too discomforting or just proven to be hardly usable.
Maybe you made The Magician's Curse's sprite slide everytime, or put G-Man physics in Kikstart (or vice versa), or put four seasons in Icicle Works... Anything goes 
I start: Vegas Jackpot Realistic Hack: Its aim was to make the game hardcore by getting rid of all the numbers, but it just got a lot more boring and almost entirely silent. Seems like those numbers are more important parts in the game than the fruits themselves. Anyway, you can see it for yourself.
