| Hi Steve,
Yeah I'm sure you did spell games correct because yesterday I noticed the H. Then I thought maybe it was my eyes because H is next to G on the keyboard I don't know what happened there. Sorry.
Where abouts are you in the UK? I'm in Southampton.

Thanks for the info guys. Have seen a few things on eBay, but just wanted to check if that was the main source for games that folk use, or if some other kind of games outlet exists on the web.
I'm in the UK, but dunno if that makes it easier or harder to get hold of games.
Cheers, S. PS - I'm sure I spelled Games right when I asked the first question!

| Commodore on Cassette Tapes
Steve, if you're in the US, some of the European Ebay auctions will ship to the US, and their auctions will list on ebay.com. However the video standards are different and most would have to be converted to be used on an NTSC machine.
An alternative is to download the .prg versions from this site or others, and use a diskette drive and X-1541 cable to get them on diskette. Then you can take the 1541 to your Plus/4 or C16 and copy the programs back onto cassette. (Or if you have the rarer X1531 cable you can copy from the PC direct to your Datasette.)
If we had an indictaion where you're located, we might have someone close to you that could help in your quest.

| Hi Steve,
It's not cheap but the best place to look is eBay this is an online auction site.. there's a little box on the top right saying "What are you looking for", type stuff like
Commodore 16 C16 Plus/4
There's a good number of game up for sale now.
Note the link above is for the UK version of eBay.

Hello,
Could someone tell me the best way to get hold of plus/4 games on tape? Not used the machine for years and would like to find some of the tapes rather than using emulators etc.
Ta,
Steve.
