Here's how you do it. (It should work in most emulator, not just in Minus4w.)
1 - Load and run Xargon as usual.
2 - Press Reset (which is F11). This takes you back to the basic prompt.
3 - Type in the POKEs listed on the Xargon page, press Enter after each line.
4 - Type the SYS line and press enter. This will start the game again, with the cheat already in place!
