'Stamps Back' is the new Moleman documentary. From Commodore 64s smuggled across the Iron Curtain to cracked games on cassette tapes sold at flea markets, floppy disk swapping via postal mail, hacked phone booths connected to US BBSes, and copy parties packed to capacity, Stamps Back tells the story of how teenagers in Hungary ignited a computing revolution in the 1980s with illegally copied video games from the West, and began the Hungarian demoscene.

Riporter: Ön emlékszik a Commodore 64-re, vagy az Amigára, vagy éppen a Spektrumra? Az idén is megszervezték a retro számítógépek kedvelőinek partiját Ajkarendeken.
Hangalámondás: A hagyományos találkozó már pénteken várta az érdeklődőket, a tavalyi látogatói létszám az idén is megdőlt, mivel vasárnapig körülbelül 150-en voltak kíváncsiak a rendezvényre.
Cargo: Ez a találkozó ugye a retró számítógépek rajongóinak az egyetlen - szinte az egyetlen, mondjuk inkább így, hogy szinte az egyetlen találkozója az országban.
Hangalámondás: Az ajkarendeki találkozó nem csak egyedülálló az országban, hanem nemzetközi is. A szervezők évről évre a retró számítógépek mellett versenyekkel, játékokkal illetve kísérőrendezvényekkel, koncertekkel várják az érdeklődőket. A régmúlt gépei mellett számos szakmai előadás is volt, ami közül volt amelyik a programozásról, programozási trükkökkel foglalkozott. Persze akkor is nehéz volt beszerezni a játékokat, volt amelyiket mai szóval élve "fel kellett törni, meg kellett crack-elni". Az, hogy minden évben megvalósuljon a program az Guzslován Gábor mellett Oszvald Balázsnak is köszönhető. A szervezők ígérik, hogy jövőre is megrendezik az ajkarendeki Árok Party-t. | (starts at 6:55)
Reporter: Do you remember the Commodore 64, or the Amiga, or just the Spectrum? The party for retro computer enthusiasts at Ajkarendek was organized once again this year.
Voiceover: The traditional meeting awaited visitors from early Friday. Last year's number of visitors was surpassed again this year, since by Sunday, about 150 people visited the event.
Cargo: This meeting is the only one - well, almost only one, let's say that - for fans of retro computers
in the country.
Voice-over: The meeting at Ajkarendek is not only known in the country, but internationally as well. Besides the retro computers, the organizers held competitions, games and other programs and concerts for those interested. Besides the old machines there were several professional seminars, some of which deal with programming tricks. Of course it was difficult to obtain games even back them, and some of them - to use a today's expression - "had to be cracked.". The fact that the program is held each year is thanks to Gábor Guzslován and Balázs Oszvald. The organizers promise that they will hold Ajkarendek's Árok Party again next year. |

Éder (C16-on gépel): "Aranyélet? Francokat. Alig alszom, éjjel-nappal programozok."
Mamut: "Ha igazán jó haver lennél akkor nekünk is valamit kitalálnál."
Valaki a háttérből: "Bizony!"
Géczi: "Nehéz ezt csinálni?"
Éder: "Nem annyira. Jól jött a játékterem-programozás előképzésnek. Ott belejöttem. Most ezt csinálom, Isonzó. Fene vigye el, már megint nem fogok aludni."
2. jelenet (17:23 körül kezd)
Doki (C16-oson Menekülést játszik): "Kompjúter, kompjúter, te csodás, ettől lesz egy kis szívdobogás."
(kopognak)
Doki: "Nyitom!"
Karádi Örmester: "Megjött a hajnövesztő? Meg kellene valami a fogamra is mert még mindig zsibbad, te meg ez az Éder is az agyamra meg a kompjútereivel. Mi van?"
Doki: "Khm, vissza tudnál jönni egy fél óra múlva?"
Karádi Örmester: "Hát persze hogy vissza tudok jönni, hát bármikor visszajövök amikor neked jó Dokikám, nem probléma, szóval ha gondolod én azonnal visszajövök..."
Doki: "Most mit csináljak?"

Doki: "Éder?"
Éder: "Erőt, egészséget!"
Doki (leinti): "Cssst. Azt mondják, hogy maga ért a kompjúterkhez."
Éder: "Hát, kicsit."
Doki: "Szóval, nekem van egy masinám, egy... Itt van egy masinám. Meg kellene javítani, víz ment bele."
Éder: "Micsoda?"
Doki: "Víz."
Éder: "Hogy kerül egy kompjúterbe víz?"
Doki: "Hát... Nedves a fal, ahol tartom, és a... Most kötözködik, vagy megjavítja?"
Éder (megnézi a kompjútert): "Megpróbálom." | Scene 1 (starts around 16:29)
Éder (typing on a C16): "Golden life? The heck it is. I barely sleep, I'm programming night and day."
Mamut: "If you were a truly good friend, you'd come up with something for us too."
Someone from the background: "For real!"
Géczi: "Is what you're doing hard?"
Éder: "Not so much. Having to program the arcade machines was good practice. I got into it there. Now I'm working on this, Isonzo. Damn it, I won't be sleeping again."
Scene 2 (starts around 17:23)
Doc (plays Menekülés on a C-16): "Computer, computer, you wonderful, this is what will make my heart beat."
(knocking)
Doc: "Coming!"
Sergeant Karádi: "Is the hair growth serum in? I also need something for my teeth, it's still numb, and that Éder is driving me crazy with his computers. What's going on?"
Doc: "Err, could you come back in half an hour?"
Sergeant Karádi: "Well, of course I can come back, so I'll come back anytime you it's good for you Doc, no problem, so if you think I can be right back..."
Doc: "What will I do now?"
Scene 3 (starts around 21:21)
Doc: "Éder?"
Éder: "Strength And Health!"
Doc: (waves him down): "Shhh. They say you know computer stuff."
Éder: "Well, a little."
Doc: "So, I have a machine, it's a... Here's my machine. It needs fixing, water got in it."
Éder: "What?"
Doc: "Water."
Éder: "How can water get into a computer?"
Doc: "Well... The wall where I keep it is damp, and... Are you going to argue, or are you going to fix it?"
Éder (looks at the computer): "I'll try." |

Hungarian TV program about computers. Started in 1983, each episode was 30 minutes long. At least 27 episodes were produced.
The title changed to "Mi és a Számítógép" (using the Hungarian word for computer) in episode 13, they mention this in the beginning as a common request from viewers.
