Rachy may have corrected this one (Sziasztok rulez :-) ).

Hmmm... Eerrr... that's because you haven't invited her for a coffee,
huh-huh.

>From wave converters, I used some different versions. The one that contained everything I could do, is just a prototype (though, later I used it regularly without recoding). 5-bit replay routine (residing on the zeropage), ADSR, waveforms, squarewave pulselevel, SID triangle SYNC and RING modulation effect (though the latter is buggy).

Just a small revision history (not even close to the completed list)

- 'High speed WIT', no revision number (found in second part of 'First
TLC mega' and also various places). One of my most earlier tries. '91
summer. Recoded digiroutine, very fast. 4 bit digi, waveforms, no ADSR,
no variable pulse level and others.

- The above, with variable pulse level. Too, '91 summer, no revision
number. I never used it in released stuff. It have been getting too
slow by the algorythm I selected.

- 'Cool convert'. This one's original routines were coded by Doky. Also,
he was the one who invented the 'pseudo 5-bit' leveltable method. This
one was just a recoded version, with at least twice as fast digital replay
routine to the original. ADSR (not really correct method), variable
pulse, 5-bit. Quite fast. Check 'Outrun demo' for a 4 channelized
version (or the endpart of 'First TLC mega' for the original).

- 'Prototype'. The first one which was coded entirely by me. Well, the
most major improvement on 'Cool convert' is the new ADSR engine. I
borrowed a c64 from a friend, and measured the ADSR of the SID by
it's additional ADSR level register (3rd voice). The other one, the
ability of SYNC on one channel per time.

- 2.0 A. Seems to be a final version (92 summer). It contained the
routines of the prototype, but it was much shorter. I didn't include
SYNC, because of speed.

- 2.0 C. Fast IRQ version. 3 bits replay. The same styled digital replay
routine like the first fast WIT types had (no serious things in the
replay). ADSR, pulse level (this one is done by generating the
squarewave in the memory in realtime). ADSR is done by not just dividing
the output in the digital replay, but using precalculated wavetables.
Sounds quite poor in opposition with the former, but runs fast.

I also made some FRQ's (1.4, 1.5) which contained pseudo ADSR and
'intelligent' multiplexing.

U96 rulz :-)

Filters? ...Never tried it. However, it seems to be a rather theoretical question. Since these converters mixed the output at about 3-4Khz, you don't have much harmonics to filter out from the output :-(.

BTW, I guess it would be possible to do someway. ...I just failed my exam which included z-transformation and transient functions :-(.

No, never seen such one.

Well, what about the musics of Winter Events, Bongo, or King of Kings?
