It's $0B (ANN, that is). I very much doubt though that it's actually used in Mr. Puniverse. I got that game working in about the 3rd release of my beta version emulator (Yape), when illegal opcodes weren't at all implemented. So it must be some graphics or music data that was checked. note, that almost all bytes can be iterpreted as opcodes, so a disassembler (as simple, as WinDisAsm)
will just translate _everything_ as cdoe... so... be careful with that.

Talking about WinDisAsm.... This piece of crap was put together by me, yet before Yape... I thought I'd enhance it further, but then I quit that "project" completely. You'd better off using something more advanced than that :)
