Do you mean: it's the one, whose digis were used in Wit's Rap demo?

Rap's music was actually a subset of a 3+1 music. Wit simply recoded the digiplayer and abandoned to emulate the 3 SID channels. Thus, Rap's music is just a digi of an original 3+1 music.

I remember I must have the original one somewhere. Also, seem to remember it was converted to Plus/4. Maybe, Ceekay, or whoever?

I heard less of these.

The ones I heard were using the 'pseudo-independent' method. The digiplay was placed to the NMI, activated by the CIA2 timer. So, both channels had the same mixing frq. Since C64 digiplays didn't frequently use the method seen in Plus/4 digiconvs implementing variable playing speed,
also, both channels ran the same speed. Thus, if you played a bass in one channel, the drum's voice on the other channel was also affected by the pitch of the bass.

The mixing, I'm sure, must be done by adding the sample values together time by time.

Well, should found some musics utilizing 3+2 chns.

I haven't heard just one converted to Plus/4.

I guess we have the appropriate person to answer this. ...Does anybody know, who is actually involved in the questions of the C64 scene, Lion?

Like the effect in some Muffbusters intros?
