Hi,
Yeah, MESS indeed has some backlog recently.
I was informed by Peter Trauner (maintainer of the C16 emulation in MESS) that they are updating their tree to sync with MAME (
which is now at 37b9, as far as I remember...)
So a new release can be expected real soon now I hope :-)
There's another page for MAME/MESS, but that is for unix: http://x.mame.net/
