Of course I got this on a real plus4, and also Levente and Marko got the same result, the $ff1e values for all cycle were posted also in their TED cycle-postings.
The C= docs seems to be not exactly correct, but I wrote about this in the header of the letter where I posted this values, we are referring to. They seems to be shifted left by 4 TED cycles, so you have to give 16 to the value of the C= docs to get the horizontal counter.
This event is given as the Increment Line Counter.
