I do remember it as I have found it myself about 18 years ago  Funny that you asked. It has been published in the Hungarian Computer bi-monthly BIT-LET. See this link. My "article" is on the second page round the upper right corner 
For those who can't speak Hungarian: the address sought is 740 ($02E4).
The map you're requesting does exist, there have been a few copies of the memory map circulating around the net along with a list of system variables in RAM.
