Csabo in a few years your PC will still be F A S T. 
It looks like the old 32bit technology has come to a stand still, almost. 3.2Ghz have been about for some time and are still one of the fastest PC's we the puplic can buy. The only thing that will let it down is the GFX card. You have more than enough power.
Even the newly released Doom 3 which will stay in the gaming scene for the next 3-4 years as a bench mark game uses half your power. Nower days GFX cards are everything and a good dose of memory, not so much the CPU.
