You can or you can't? In any case it's probably because the webmasters do not get paid for their work here. When I added a few titles for example (I do that quite often) it usually lacks a description when only the name is known. There are a bunch of tapes from me waiting to be transferred and uploaded nevertheless I have added them to the DB.
