Okay from what I understand from your link (above), Adventure International UK was a licensee of the name "Adventure International" from Scott Adams' US company.

Therefore there shouldn't be any -real- connection between US and UK operations other than as licensee. Adventure Intenational UK was a label used by Adventure Soft for sale of Scott Adams games there.

Which would explain why Scott didn't really have much to say about Brian.... he may not have known him except through the licensing and conversions. Remember Scott didn't code directly for Commodore, he coded for TRS-80s and IBM-type systems. This is why Brian's name shows on a lot of Scott Adams games, because he recompiled for the Commodore platform(s).
