After the release of that fantastic new game it becom every evident, that with 64K RAM the 264 platform is a killer. 
(OK there will be always a need for a hw sprite and quadro SID sound )
Actually C= could realese C16 and C116 with 16K and some empty RAM IC sockets plus a jumper, and with the help of few 41464 you could have a 64K machine easily. Instead you have to solder the board and add new wires on the bottom of the board (maybe cut one lines too?). It is a kind of crazy
While for VIC-20 they had tons of C= cartridges, and they could sell a lot for a good money.
C= even did not release an official RAM 64K expansion card with a pass-though expansion port to have some circuit diagrams...
