Now I've downloaded the pic to check it in fully detail but still have no clue about that drive emulator. I was not sure if it's an SD2IEC, it was a guess only as SD2IEC firmware does not handle so many buttons. 
PS: and in the full detail I was able to see that it's a 8580 SIDCard.
