1201 was only sold in Australia/New Zealand. It's also 80 col monochrome. While it could be used with a Plus/4, it's not the best choice. 
The 1703, the black 1802s, and the CM-141 are all the same; whatever differences there are (other than case colour) are so small that I would have called all three a CM-141. And to be honest, I'm not sure that the two black 1802s are really different colours -- the slight difference in the photos could be attributed to lighting and/or camera sensitivity.
The light brown "tall" 1802 was referred to as the 1802C in the US. There is a note to this effect if you scroll down that column.
