Gonna be honest ... the 1802 isn't worth repairing unless you specifically want an 1802. The 2002 is a more reliable monitor, and also handles the C128's VDC mode (should you have, or ever want to obtain, a 128).
If you're simply looking for a screen (not specifically the Commodore brand), pick up an LCD television with red-white-yellow RCA jacks.
