The Commodore 16 (and the plus/4) was used in the school computer program in Hungary in the second half of the '80s. These cards were made to be put on the walls of the class rooms to aid teaching the use of the Commodore 16.
In my high school we also had them for the HT-1080Z (which was a dedicated school computer and was based on the Video Genie that is based on TRS-80)
I'll try to buy these cards for archivation.
