try this NTSC fix

Hi!

Try this on NTSC machines:
1) Load a picture
2) RUN and wait
3) RESET
4) in MONITOR:
>3fc3 58
>3fd4 80
g 3f00

If it works I will know how to make the FLI viewer NTSC friendly. But anyway...
