I think, Csabo means, that the admins have this possibility, for anouncing or commenting the little demos or graphics, if he uploads something on his site.
Perhaps another idea from me:
Sometimes people (like me) do a little graphic oder a little tune, which they want to show or share with people, not because its something special or because they want to show their skills (Lego analogy), but because they had fun doing it and want to share and show the idea of one evening, just to get some resonance or inspiration.
