Maybe the creators were just too cautious, but the girl look pregnant, or a little oversized dress 
Could be much better, haha
A very first (raw/draft) version before touchup, just made in an hour for fun (unfortunately text background set to grey, blah!):
Surely it will look worse in Multicolor or HIRES, but will make a run for it if you like (at least there is a F1 car too :-) )
