An interesting find.
VIC-VODER interface for VIC based computers.
Why it need VIC, if connected to user port and just needs Print#'1?
BTW it is an interesting HW stuff, although our speech PRGs produce similar quality without the bill of 129 USD  But to fair enough, does not work without eating up 30K RAM.
