The basic idea came from the problem that there is no working mouse on plussy that may work with Geos. As i know, geos works only with 1551 only, that is 2.4x faster than 1541, but very few people may have 2 working one, and still not blazing fast. There is no REU (ram expansion unit) that may work with Geos, and all available one need a lot of internal job, less and less people can do. --> there is no GUI exists on plus/4 that may give the feeling that is fast and responsive like newer Geos on an expanded c64 or SymbOS on CPC.
