Mayhem, Harbour Attack & Crazy Golf all have instructions that say type: RUN
So that's a good give away there!
Amazing how Commodore never updated the instructions on the bundle release copies! 
Even worse, I've had these games all these years and never properly looked at the instructions to read them word for word until now - ha!
Edit:
UXB, Purple Turtles, Stellar Wars & Blitz are long loaders, were only released like that and in clamshells only. All are 1984.
Locomotion is Novaload, released 1985 same years as Treasure Island, Icicle Works, Number Builder & Number Chaser.
