uh! Well, actually the best to buy a not so nice c16 with granted working condition (in an other Vatera named topic you may find some without Psu, for 3000 HUF+postage), then cannibalize ted+cpu. It is probably cheaper than buying those specific ic, hopefully socketed, so just need insertion without soldering
