Indeed if you see a post that's a little strange then hit the spam button. All regular users do not have this option next to their posts, only unregistered people or bots.
Sometimes they start off funny like, "Treat your Girl with respect and have a good time" as in C16/Plus4 so yeah that makes sense, but then something along the lines of click & pay now or head this way to get a free t-shirt once you have handed your life over to us ect...
