ehm, I think it would be easier to copy the picture to the expected destination, save it to D64 frle with monitor from the location you want (OK, it two files per picture, as color and memory map separated and these are not continuous fullscreen saves).
The disadvantage is: the picture should be as wide as the whote 320 pixel screen
(hopefully it is not just bulshitting...  )
