ehm, maybe it is cheaper to buy an other Plus/4 from Vatera or ebay, and may swap the the boards, if outer plastic or buttons are not nice. You can find a lot with defective PSU or without PSU ("untested condisiton"), but in Germany alot of OK ones too (in Hungary bids are usually a little higher, and average condition is worse)
I even found an interesting GEM there, a Plus/4 with JiffyDOS. Strange, I though only possible with NTSC machines (no PSU, and expensive): http://www.ebay.de/itm/commodore-plus-4-JiffyDOS-TOP-/330614022099?pt=Klassische_Computer&hash=item4cfa219fd3
some 1Euro ones (OK, 4 more days to go...) http://www.ebay.de/itm/C-Commodore-Plus-4-Datasette-Software-/290608886236?pt=Klassische_Computer&hash=item43a9a3b1dc
