No, the keyboard would not usually be available as there *should* be a dongle attached that loops back all the rows to columns to test the keyport at fd30 and the keyboard latch on the TED. My preference would be to let them cycle automatically.
Not super urgent, a work in progress. There is already a timer test but only from the perspective of checking they correctly raise IRQ's.
I will upload a video to youtube later with a demo.
