Since you very likely do not understand Hungarian at all, I try to give a brief summary:
* 500 baud speed
* multiplatform "supertape" format
* same as the C64 turbo tape format (!)
* the guy (György Rétvári) claims that he wrote the program, but who knows... 
* new instructions are: <-L for load, <-S for save and <-V for verify.
